Our search process is set up as follows:
- Conduct an on-site consultation and evaluation to determine strategies and guidelines for successful recruitment (IF REQUIRED BY CLIENT)
- Design targeted marketing campaign describing your opportunities
- Design suitable agreement/contract between candidate and client (IF REQUIRED BY CLIENT)
- Screen potential candidates to determine the level of interest and compatibility with your opportunity
- Perform initial reference checks on candidate(s) (IF REQUIRED BY CLIENT)
- Send resume, and cover letter to client explaining the details of all conversations to date including motivations, family goals, career goals and expectations
- Arrange a complete travel and accommodation itinerary for client interview of candidate
- Act as liaison on behalf of client in negotiating a mutually acceptable contract with candidate
- Assist client with relocation of candidate if necessary
