INCREASE EMPLOYEE RETENTION WITH RADPerformance Solutions™
Our Mission is simple: To be a recognized leader in talent selection and leadership development
Every person has a natural dominant behavioral style that controls his or her way of managing tasks and projects. Using the proper tools, you can sometimes match an individual’s natural behavioral style with a job that is a natural fit. Doing this effectively, you may have an employee who is likely to be a long-term contributor. On the contrary, if someone has to constantly adapt their natural behavior to a job routine, this can cause stress and dissatisfaction with their job.
Job benchmarking is just one way to find an employee who will likely do well and be satisfied in a position. Without it, employees are often placed in the wrong jobs and do not thrive because their natural capabilities are not being utilized.
RadSciences Group uses behavioral management tools to determine the behavioral style, values and attributes of both the job and the candidates. This process helps take some of the guesswork out of hiring and can dramatically impact retention and employee satisfaction.
Benchmarking/Talent Selection:
Many organizations are seeking new ways to interview and manage the hiring process for efficiency and tracking purposes. While this is extremely important, benchmarking a job brings a whole new meaning to a job description and gives hiring managers a way to evaluate more than just skills and training. Statistically, most turnover is behavior related. It’s sometimes easy to evaluate a person’s skill through interviewing and references, but knowing how a person might behave six months into a job is a little more difficult. Benchmarking a job also gives clients the ability to use the benchmark again and again each time there is a need to bring on new staff.
Training/Seminars:
Training and seminars are a great way to incorporate behavioral tools into your organization and get managers engaged in the learning process. Reducing Turnover Through Understanding Behaviors™, Effective Communication™ and Maximizing Your Strengths As A Manager™ are just a few programs that can be customized to get your organization headed in the right direction. While a single training session can be motivating and valuable, we never recommend just a single seminar or training session without a one to two year plan for implementing the learned material.
Coaching:
Coaching gives us the ability to hold your managers accountable for their performance, and follow through. Seminars and training can be ineffective if it is left up to each individual to implement, apply and manage results over a long period of time. Scheduled coaching is a way for hiring professionals or managers to have someone contact and help them apply what has been learned without feeling micromanaged by their organization. Many times, a hiring manager will tell us things they would not necessarily tell their leaders. This can be beneficial to an organization and give your managers an avenue for discussing issues or concerns they might not bring up otherwise.
