George Hendley helps healthcare organizations attract, develop and retain their leaders of tomorrow. George is an experienced leader, coach and consultant for both profit and non-profit organizations and serves as Director of Organizational Development for RadSciences Group.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, George has developed over a dozen different workbooks and educational guides for training and support. He has written over 150 articles and essays on leadership, change, listening skills, creativity, self-improvement and principle-centered living. He is a coauthor of the book entitled Meditations for the Road Warrior published by Baker Books and has both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Theology Degree.

With more than 2,000 presentations under his belt, his experience includes organizing, facilitating or being Master of Ceremonies for hundreds of seminars, workshops, and conferences. George Hendley was a featured speaker at the Rural Health Association of Oklahoma (RHAO) annual conference in Norman, OK on September 17 and 18 this year. He presented the topic of Visionary Mentoring to a group of enthusiastic attendees who rated his presentation as one of the best at the conference.  He is seen here with Andy Fosmire the managing director of the RHAO.  He expects to be on their agenda next year as well.

The New York State Association for Rural Health (NYSARH) was happy to have George as one of their featured speakers for their yearly conference held in Geneva, NY in late September.  George spoke on the topic of Visionary Mentoring and garnered some very positive feedback and interaction at this conference too.  He is seen here with Reid Perkins, NYSARH Executive Director.

The Louisiana Rural Health Association (LRHA) was the next host in George’s travel schedule this fall. On October 19th George traveled to Lafayette, LA to present Visionary Mentoring: Using a Proven Process for Leadership Development and Retention to another engaged and appreciative audience at their annual conference.  Stacy Fontenot, Executive Director of the LRHA is seen here with George.
