Our primary objective is to provide organizational development tools to hospitals that are indubitably focused on retention and talent selection. If you currently subscribe to job boards like Monster.com or Careerbuilder.com, we will allow you to subscribe to our recruitment services on a monthly basis, and we will submit pre-screened and certified candidates to your staff for processing. So that we accurately represent your organization, in many cases we personally visit your facility to take digital photos and meet with the key individuals that we will be working with on a daily basis. This process shows that we are committed to representing you accurately and ensures our strategies are in line with your own. In addition to taking an interactive approach with our clients, for every full-service client we represent we also provide strategic marketing services that tend to produce above average results. We assign two sourcing professionals to each account so that someone is always available to address your needs in a timely manner. One professional handles marketing related issues, while the other manages the interaction with potential candidates.
